The Board of Bahrain Middle East Bank B.S.C (“BMB”) would like to inform the shareholders of BMB that it is in the preliminary discussions with AN Investment W.L.L (“ANI”) in relation to a potential offer by ANI to acquire all the outstanding shares of the issued share capital of BMB (other than those already owned by ANI and other parties acting in concert with it).
